The Salmonella virulence regulatory network as described by Yoon et al., in BMC Systems Biology 2011 and produced under the Center for Systems Biology of EnteroPathogens is available as a Cytoscape session file here to facilitate network analysis and exploration. Cluster analysis of the network can reveal novel factors coordinately regulated with known virulence factors. Topological analysis of the network can identify bottleneck nodes which mediate important transitions in the system. The SIF format files used to import associations in the initial network build are available here (associations inferred from transcript data), here (associations inferred from proteomics data), and here (associations inferred from integrated transcript and proteomics data).
