The macrophage core response module network as described by McDermott et al. in PLoS ONE 2011 and produced under the Center for Systems Biology of EnteroPathogens is available as a Cytoscape session file here to facilitate network analysis and exploration. Topological analysis of the inferred can reveal important mediators of innate immunity. Cluster analysis can reveal core modules differentially expressed under all conditions. Multivariate regression techniques can reveal the dynamics of genes in core modules and predict the regulatory influences governing their expression.
